Mike received my initial email while at the airport preparing to leave on a March break vacation. He took the time, however, to respond fully to my email even though he was not available in the time frame that I initially set out. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of this first email from him and the fact that he took the time to respond so fully. So, when my other leads didn't pan out and I had to shift my time frame, I reached out to Mike again. I needed a new website to be built and an existing website to be revamped, all on a very tight schedule. Mike was an absolute joy to work with! He is thoughtful, communicates very well and he was able to quickly grasp my design aesthetic and deliver it well ahead of schedule. He always kept me in the loop with updates and took the initiative to helpfully suggest improvements and workarounds, etc. Problem solving with him was effortless. I would have absolutely no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending him. As a small business owner I also appreciated his reasonable rates and his professionalism. He even very kindly offered to do occasional updates to the websites at no additional cost.
